I'm Bonnie, a thirty-something-year-old entrepreneur. I work as a virtual assistant for mental health care and wellness professionals. With over fifteen years of experience in customer service and administration, I've developed a strong foundation in supporting businesses.

In my thirties, I returned to college to complete an Administrative Professional: Health Services course. Although my previous roles provided valuable experience, I often felt unfulfilled. Like many others, I assumed that further education would lead to a fulfilling career and personal satisfaction.

However, 2023 began with unexpected challenges. Despite completing my college course and securing a job, I struggled with insomnia and panic attacks. The job ultimately made me miserable. Given my longstanding passion for health and wellness, I realized my body was signaling that something needed to change. It was urging me to recognize my true potential.

While exploring social media, I discovered videos and information about virtual assistants. After researching further, I realized I had the necessary qualifications to pursue this path.
